Repot a Bonsai
As bonsai pots are very shallow the roots of a bonsai can easily become pot-bound and die from a lack of space and/or nutrients, a repot allows for your tree to grow well and healthily. Repotting bonsai is essential to the trees' health and should be done at least every 2 years.
